Terms of Service, Client Agreement & Business Policies

Pure Connection LLC

At Pure Connection LLC, my goal is to provide every client with a meaningful, professional, and supportive experience. These policies are in place to create clear expectations, protect both you and my business, and ensure fairness and consistency for every client.

By booking or purchasing any service, session, mentorship, coaching program, event, digital product, physical product, or making any payment to Pure Connection LLC, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to the following Terms of Service and Business Policies.


Services Covered

These policies apply to all services and products offered by Pure Connection LLC, including but not limited to:

  • Psychic Readings
  • Mediumship Readings
  • Email Readings
  • Reiki Sessions
  • Spiritual Mentorship
  • Coaching Programs
  • Intuitive Development Classes
  • Gallery Readings
  • Group Events
  • Workshops
  • Digital Products
  • Physical Products
  • Gift Certificates
  • Any future services or offerings provided by Pure Connection LLC


Booking Policy

Appointments are reserved specifically for each client. When you book a service, you are reserving dedicated time, preparation, scheduling, and availability.

Clients are responsible for:

  • Arriving on time.
  • Being in a private, quiet environment for virtual sessions.
  • Being free from distractions or other individuals during the session unless otherwise approved.

If a client is not in an appropriate environment to conduct a session, Pure Connection LLC reserves the right to reschedule the appointment.


Rescheduling & Cancellations

Life happens, and I understand emergencies can arise.

Whenever possible, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to reschedule.

Repeated last-minute cancellations, no-shows, or excessive rescheduling may result in forfeiture of the appointment or require a new booking at the discretion of Pure Connection LLC.


Refund Policy

All sales are final.

Due to the nature of spiritual services, coaching, mentorship, and the time specifically reserved for each client, Pure Connection LLC does not offer refunds for:

  • Personal Readings
  • Mediumship Readings
  • Email Readings
  • Reiki Sessions
  • Mentorship Programs
  • Coaching Programs
  • Classes
  • Workshops
  • Events
  • Gallery Readings
  • Digital Products
  • Physical Products
  • Gift Certificates

Refunds are not guaranteed and will only be considered at the sole discretion of Pure Connection LLC if the business determines that an exception is appropriate, including circumstances where Pure Connection LLC is unable to provide the purchased service.

Changes in financial circumstances, personal situations, scheduling conflicts, dissatisfaction, or a decision to discontinue services do not automatically qualify for a refund.


Mentorship & Coaching Programs

Mentorship and coaching are structured programs designed to provide continued guidance, accountability, and growth.

Payment plans, including weekly or biweekly payments, are installment payments toward the total cost of the mentorship or coaching program. They are not individual weekly purchases.

Choosing to discontinue participation or deciding not to complete the program does not create eligibility for a refund.

Pure Connection LLC will make reasonable efforts to accommodate scheduling when appropriate.


Mentorship & Coaching Agreement

All mentorship and coaching clients are required to sign a separate Mentorship & Coaching Agreement before services begin or continue.

This agreement outlines important information including, but not limited to:

  • Program expectations
  • Payment terms
  • Scheduling policies
  • Client responsibilities
  • Confidentiality
  • Communication expectations
  • Cancellation procedures
  • Additional program-specific policies

Failure or refusal to sign the required agreement may result in mentorship or coaching services being postponed, suspended, or declined at the sole discretion of Pure Connection LLC.


Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to:

  • Attend appointments on time.
  • Participate respectfully.
  • Be in a quiet and private environment during virtual sessions.
  • Read and agree to all business policies before booking.
  • Communicate respectfully throughout the client relationship.


Right to Refuse or Discontinue Services

Pure Connection LLC reserves the right to refuse, suspend, or discontinue services at any time if a client engages in:

  • Harassment
  • Threats
  • Abusive or disrespectful communication
  • Discrimination
  • Repeated policy violations
  • Any conduct that creates an unsafe or unprofessional environment

If services are discontinued due to client conduct, any refund or credit will be determined solely at the discretion of Pure Connection LLC.


Confidentiality

Client privacy is extremely important.

Information shared during sessions will remain confidential unless:

  • The client provides written permission to share.
  • Disclosure is required by law.

If a client grants permission, portions of a session may be shared for educational or promotional purposes.


Spiritual Services Disclaimer

Psychic readings, mediumship, Reiki, mentorship, coaching, and spiritual guidance are intended for personal growth, healing, and insight.

These services are not intended to replace medical, psychological, legal, financial, or other licensed professional advice.

No guarantees are made regarding future events, outcomes, or personal decisions.

Every client experiences sessions differently.


Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

By making a purchase through Pure Connection LLC, you acknowledge that you have agreed to these Terms of Service and Business Policies.

Should a payment dispute or chargeback be initiated, Pure Connection LLC reserves the right to provide documentation to the appropriate financial institution, payment processor, mediator, arbitrator, or court, including but not limited to:

  • Payment records
  • Booking confirmations
  • Scheduling history
  • Emails
  • Text messages
  • Signed agreements
  • Client communications
  • Documentation showing that services were provided or made available


Physical Products

Physical products may only be eligible for replacement or refund if:

  • The incorrect item was received, or
  • The item arrived damaged due to shipping.

Any concerns must be reported within seven (7) days of delivery and may require photographs before a replacement or refund is considered.


Digital Products

Because digital products are immediately accessible after purchase, all digital product sales are final and non-refundable.


Acceptance of Terms

By booking a reading, Reiki session, mentorship, coaching program, class, workshop, gallery event, purchasing a product, enrolling in any service, or making any payment to Pure Connection LLC, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms of Service, Client Agreement, Refund Policy, and Business Policies.

For mentorship and coaching clients, a separate signed Mentorship & Coaching Agreement is also required before services begin or continue.

Failure to review these policies does not exempt a client from their application.
